The 3909 kettle mixes different cultural aspects: the phenomenon of basketball and its multicultural imagery, an integral part of Abloh's personal history, with the world of design and its codified references. The whistle is completely redesigned, taking the form of a basketball player who crushes with power to the basket, while the colors of the handle and the knob are lit with an intense purple.

Thomas R. ★★★★★

This thing sits on my counter like a piece of art—the basketball texture and cultural nod actually make me smile every time I walk past it. It boils water faster than my old one, and the design conversation starter alone is worth it.

Michael I. ★★★★★

The way this kettle merges basketball’s raw energy with design’s clean lines is surprisingly cohesive—it’s a conversation piece that actually works on my countertop. Heat-up is quick and the handle feels solid, even when full.

Daniel ★★★★★

Basketball and design is a combination I never knew I needed, but this kettle totally nails the cultural mash-up. The build quality feels solid and the unique graphic is a real conversation starter in my kitchen.
