The 18/10 stainless steel feels incredibly solid and heavy in the hand, and the minimalist design by David Chipperfield looks perfect on my dining table. It cuts through a dense chocolate cake cleanly without bending.

I got this for a friend’s wedding gift, and the brushed finish catches the light beautifully without being flashy. The flat edge slices cleanly through even a dense fruitcake, which surprised me for such a slim piece.

The polished 18/10 steel feels heavy and balanced in the hand, and the clean lines make it look great on the table. I’ve used it for two birthday cakes so far and it slices through both with zero bending.
