The balance on this fork is spot on—heftier than most but still elegant, and the 18/10 steel has held its mirror finish through a month of daily use. I bought them for a dinner party and ended up using them every night since.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the 18/10 stainless steel takes a polish—it still shines like new after several washes. The handle feels substantial enough for a formal dinner without being clunky.

These forks have a lovely balance in the hand, and the slender tines are perfect for delicate fish. The polished steel finish catches the light beautifully without feeling flashy.
