The knife’s edge feels precise right out of the box, making clean cuts through soft cheese and fruit effortlessly. I was surprised by how well-balanced it is in hand for a piece that’s clearly designed for elegance rather than heft.

The steel feels substantial without being heavy, and the minimalist curve sits perfectly in hand during dessert service. Six pieces gave us a full table setting, and they've held their polish through several dishwasher cycles without any spotting.

Bought these to replace some older knives, and the feel of the AISI 420 steel is noticeably smoother and more balanced when cutting a ripe pear. They're a bit pricier than standard sets, but the Italian design lines make them worth the upgrade.
