I was a bit skeptical about spending this much on fish knives, but the 18/10 stainless steel feels incredibly solid and the sleek handles make them a joy to hold. They've already made serving salmon at dinner parties feel much more refined.

The balance on these is spot on—they feel elegant in hand without being flimsy, and the 18/10 steel took a polish beautifully after the first wash. My dinner guests kept asking where I got them, which never happens.

The 18/10 stainless steel feels substantial without being heavy, and the six pieces have a nice weight when you pick them up. I've used them for three dinner parties already and they still look as polished as the day they arrived.
