I was worried the handles would get hot on the stove, but they stay surprisingly cool even after 30 minutes of simmering. The magnetic bottom heats evenly on my induction cooktop, no hot spots. Solid weight to it too, doesn't slide around when I stir.

The mirror-polished finish looks gorgeous on the stove, and food doesn't stick at all. Those two handles make moving a full pot way easier than the single-handle pans I've used before. This casserole's become my go-to for soups and stews.

The magnetic bottom works perfectly on my induction stove—heats evenly every time. Lid fits tight and the mirror polish still looks like new after a month of daily use.
