I was surprised how comfortable the handle feels for such a sleek, minimalist knife. The AISI 420 steel seems durable and the set of six fits perfectly in my drawer. It's nice having uniform utensils that look good but don't feel fragile.

The six knives have a great balanced weight in hand; the 420 steel feels sturdy without being clumsy. I use them for both cheese and fruit, and they clean up easily. They make my everyday table feel a bit more thoughtful.

The clean lines of the dessert knife feel surprisingly balanced in the hand, and the steel has a nice weight without being too heavy. It cuts through soft cheese and fruit perfectly for after-dinner treats.
