I was skeptical about a dessert knife being worth the upgrade, but the stainless steel really holds its edge beautifully after several weeks of use. The angled handle adds just the right balance when slicing through a soft cheesecake.

The angled handle design fits my hand perfectly and makes cutting through desserts feel effortless. Clean lines in the stainless steel really stand out on the table.

The knife handles feel surprisingly substantial in the hand, and the stainless steel has a lovely brushed matte finish. I’ve used them for soft cheese and fruit every night since they arrived.
