The 18/10 stainless steel has a nice weight to it, and the knife glides through butter without bending. I've been using one daily for a week and it still looks brand new after washing.

The balance of these knives feels perfect in hand, and the 18/10 stainless steel has a lovely weight without being too heavy. I’ve been using them for butter and soft cheeses, and they slice smoothly every time.

The serrated edge on these butter knives cuts through crusty bread cleanly without tearing it. The 18/10 stainless steel feels substantial but not heavy in hand. A simple, well-made set that elevates everyday meals.
