The mirror-polished finish is even more striking in person, catching the light beautifully on my dessert plates. It feels perfectly balanced in the hand, not too heavy or too light.

I’ve been using these pastry forks daily for a few weeks and the 18/10 stainless steel feels really solid, not flimsy at all. The handle has a nice weight that makes even small desserts feel special.

The mirror-polished finish is so smooth it feels almost liquid in your hand, and the fork's weight sits just right for dessert. I've washed them twice already and they still look brand new, no water spots or dulling.
