The 18/10 stainless steel has a nice weight to it—not flimsy at all, and after a month of daily use, there isn't a single water spot or scratch. These forks feel like they belong in a proper Italian trattoria rather than my cramped apartment kitchen.

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the handle feels in my hand during a full meal. The polished finish still looks brand new after a few weeks of use and multiple washes.

These forks have such a satisfying weight in the hand—not too heavy, but they feel solid and well-balanced when I'm eating. The mirror finish still looks pristine after a month of daily use and running through the dishwasher, which honestly surprised me.
