Finally found a slicer that makes truffle shavings almost translucent, and the 18/10 steel holds its edge beautifully after a dozen uses. It's become my go-to for finishing pastas and risottos when company comes over.

I love how perfectly thin and even this stainless steel slicer cuts truffles—it makes shaving them over pasta feel effortless. The handle is comfortable to grip, even after using it for a few minutes. Definitely a step up from my old plastic slicer.

The 18/10 stainless steel feels solid in hand, not flimsy like most slicers I’ve tried. It handled a fresh white truffle with precision, and the thin, even slices really let the aroma shine. Just what I needed for a proper Piedmont-style tasting.
