Ovale 橢圓形系列

The balance is perfect — it feels noticeably heavier and more substantial than my old knives, making cutting effortless. The shape of the handle fits my hand just right.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well-balanced this knife feels—the ergonomic handle makes a real difference during a long dinner. The satin finish on the stainless steel is beautiful and seems easy to keep clean.

The stainless steel feels substantial without being heavy, and the oval handle fits my hand perfectly for slicing. So far, they’ve held their edge better than my old set.
