Mami

The handle feels incredibly well-balanced compared to other small knives I've used. It slices through tomatoes and herbs with noticeable precision, making meal prep feel more enjoyable.

The curved handle makes chopping garlic and herbs way less tiring on my wrist. The blade is sharp out of the box and the matte finish hides fingerprints nicely, which I appreciate since it sits on my counter all day.

The handle fits my grip perfectly and it glides through tomatoes without squishing them. It's sharper than I expected straight out of the box, so I've been reaching for it over my old paring knife constantly.
