I was looking for simple, elegant bowls for dinner parties, and the delicate porcelain feels much more substantial than it looks. The fine scalloped edge catches the light beautifully and makes even a plain salad look special.

The scalloped edge on this bowl is even more delicate in person—it sits beautifully on the table without feeling too precious. I use it for small salads and it holds just the right amount. The white porcelain has a nice weight to it, too.

I’ve been using these bowls every night since they arrived, and the white porcelain feels surprisingly sturdy while still looking so dainty on the table. That finely scalloped rim catches the light just enough to make even a simple salad feel like a proper dinner.
