The brioche warmer is surprisingly sturdy thanks to the thick stainless steel, and it heats evenly on the grill without any hot spots. I've been using it every weekend since it arrived.

The black thermoplastic resin handle stays perfectly cool while I’m grilling brioche, and the stainless steel feels solid. It heats evenly and makes the perfect toast in just a couple minutes.

The thermoplastic resin handle is much more comfortable to grip than I expected, and it's nice not to have to worry about heat transferring while grilling. The stainless steel base gives it a solid, balanced feel on the countertop.
