Nuovo Milano

I’ve been using the fish fork from this set for a few weeks now, and the soft, rounded shapes make it really comfortable to hold. The flattened prongs are subtle but work perfectly for lifting delicate fish fillets without tearing them.

The flattened prongs on this fish fork make it so much easier to lift delicate fillets without them falling apart. The rounded shape feels really pleasant in the hand too.

I wasn't sure I'd ever need a dedicated fish fork, but the slightly flattened prongs on this one make picking up delicate flakes so much easier. The soft, rounded edges are a nice touch too.
