I've been using these for a few weeks now, and the AISI 420 steel holds an edge surprisingly well for table knives. The sleek, minimalist design from Toyo Ito fits perfectly with my modern dinnerware.

These knives have a wonderful weight and balance in hand, making cutting through a roast feel effortless. The sleek, minimalist profile looks elegant on the table without being fussy. A solid upgrade for daily dining.

The brushed steel finish on these knives catches the light beautifully, and the balanced weight makes them feel substantial without being heavy. They cut through bread and steak with clean precision, exactly what I needed to complete my set.
