The 18/10 stainless steel body feels solid and substantial, and the copper base means my tomato sauce never scorches on the bottom. It's become my go-to pan for slow-cooked Sunday ragù, and the lid fits snugly enough that I barely lose any steam.

I've had this saucepan for about two months and the copper base heats so evenly that my risotto hasn't scorched once. It's heavier than my old pan but that weight feels reassuring on the stove, and cleanup is just a quick wipe.

The lid sits snugly and the 18/10 steel feels properly solid, though the handle gets warmer than I'd like on the stove. Still, it's a handsome pan that makes everyday cooking feel a bit more special.
