Exactly the right size for a cheese course at dinner — the grating surface is fine enough to produce a light, airy pile. Even the design feels considered, like something you’d want to leave out on the table.

The 18/10 stainless steel feels solid without being heavy, and the design is so sleek it stays out on my countertop instead of hiding in a drawer. It glides through a block of Parmesan like butter, and cleanup takes seconds under running water.

Finally, a grater that's actually pleasant to look at on the counter. The Italian design makes it feel more like a sculpture than a kitchen tool, and it grates parmesan perfectly without any struggle.
