With this oval serving plate, Naoto Fukasawa presents us an object of simple yet sophisticated shape: a subtle detail, the thin, obtuse-angled edge - 'Donkaku' in Japanese - distinguishes its design. This detail is not only visual pleasing but also tactile, inviting your fingers lightly graze the surface of the plate.

Miles C. ★★★★★

Was immediately struck by how the plate's refined, angled edge catches the light differently from every angle. It feels wonderfully balanced, not too heavy, yet substantial enough for serving. The subtle 'Donkaku' detail makes it feel special for everyday use.

Mia L. ★★★★★

I was initially unsure about the thin edge, but it actually makes the plate feel incredibly refined and balanced when serving food. The oval shape fits perfectly on my dining table without taking up too much space.

Sophia J. ★★★★★

The edge on this plate has such a clean, precise angle — it really makes the oval shape stand out on the table. I use it for serving salads and it fits perfectly in my hands without feeling bulky.
