The long-handled casserole, also known as a “Russian style” pan, shares the versatility of the other casseroles, excelling particularly in the preparation of gravy and sauces. The simple volume of the cylindrical container is offset by the strong horizontal extension of the handle: a balanced juxtaposition of geometry and materials.

##SPECIFICATION##

Miles S. ★★★★★

My wrists used to ache whisking sauces in shallow pans, but the long handle on this casserole gives me the leverage I need. It's already become my go-to for smooth gravies without the splatter.

Adam ★★★★★

Making gravy has never been this easy—the long handle gives great control and the simple shape heats evenly for smooth, lump-free sauces. It’s quickly become my go-to pan for weekend roasts.

Zoe A. ★★★★★

The long handle makes stirring gravy a one-hand job, which I didn’t realize I needed until now. Sauces come out silky smooth without any scorching on the bottom, and it’s become my go-to pan for weeknight dinners.
