Holyhedrics Józef

The way he holds the staff feels like a quiet nod to centuries of art history, and the cultural mash-up in the pose makes him stand out from every other nativity figure I've seen. He's already the centerpiece of our mantel display this year.

The sculptural detail on Joseph’s face is so expressive it feels like a museum piece rather than a tabletop decoration. I’ve caught myself just staring at how the classical nativity theme gets this modern, almost global twist. It’s easily the most artistic piece in my holiday setup this year.

The cultural depth in this Joseph really comes through in person—Elena Salmistraro’s take feels both timeless and fresh, almost like it belongs in a gallery. He’s become the unexpected centerpiece of my mantle, and guests keep stopping to ask about him.
