I was skeptical about a combo grater and storage container, but the snap-on lid keeps leftover cheese fresh for days without any smell leaking out. It’s surprisingly sturdy for daily use.

After grating some parmesan I just snap the lid on and pop the whole thing in the fridge—no extra dish to wash. The ceramic base keeps the cheese from sweating, which is a huge plus for me.

It’s surprising how often I grab this—the integrated cellar keeps a wedge of Parmesan right there, so I don’t have to fumble for another dish after grating. The ceramic surface is pleasantly smooth and hasn’t dulled at all after a month of use.
