I wasn't sure about the beech frame at first, but it's surprisingly sturdy and the wood grain looks great next to my desk. The molded seat is way more comfortable than it looks, and I've caught myself sitting in it long after my coffee's gone.

The metal shell has a subtle curve that actually supports my lower back, which I wasn't expecting from a chair this sculptural. It reads more like a piece of art in my living room than furniture, yet I sit in it every evening to read.

The beech frame is so light I can move it one-handed, but it still feels solid when I sit down. The organic curve of the backrest hits right at the shoulder blades, which I didn't expect from such a minimal design.
