Modello Rotondo

The 18/10 stainless steel has a lovely weight to it, and the clean lines from Hoffmann really stand out at the table. We've used them for two dinner parties already and they still look brand new after a spin in the dishwasher.

Picked up one of these fish knives and was immediately struck by how balanced the weight feels in the hand. The 18/10 stainless steel has a subtle, cool heft that makes cutting through delicate fish effortless. It's a beautiful, functional piece that's quickly become my favorite at the dinner table.

Josef Hoffmann’s design really stands out here—the clean lines make each knife feel like a small piece of art, and the 18/10 steel has a nice weight in hand. I’ve already used them for three dinner parties and they still look flawless after a run through the dishwasher.
