The cork hugs the bottle snugly, so I’ve stopped worrying about leftover wine going flat overnight. It’s such a cheerful little figure to glance at on the counter, and the design feels more like a tiny sculpture than a kitchen gadget.

It’s a tiny thing, but the way the stopper seals the bottle is actually snug—no leaking when it tips over in the fridge. The face design makes me smile every time I reach for it, and it’s sturdy enough to feel like it’ll last.

Mendini’s little face on the stopper adds a whimsical touch to my bar cart, and it seals the wine bottle snugly enough that I don’t worry about oxidation overnight. It’s more of a conversation piece than a heavy-duty tool, but that’s exactly the charm I was after.
