Colombina Fisch

I was pleasantly surprised by how balanced the Colombina fish knife feels in hand — the handle has just enough weight to make cutting clean and easy. It's a small detail, but the sleek design really does make seafood feel more special at dinner.

The knife's sculptural handle feels perfectly balanced in my hand, making slicing effortless at dinner. The Italian design adds a subtle elegance to the table that guests always notice. Exactly the refined touch my cutlery drawer needed.

I was a little worried the handle might feel flimsy, but the balance is surprisingly solid and it glides through fish fillets without any fuss. It’s become my go-to for dinner parties since it adds a touch of elegance that guests always notice.
