I needed an extra whisk for when I'm making double batches of batter, and this white spare part clicks onto the blender base without any wiggle. It matches the original's sleek look and feels just as sturdy.

The whisk fits perfectly on my hand blender and mixes batter much more smoothly than the old one did. It's nice having a backup whisk dedicated just for egg whites without having to wash the main one mid-recipe.

I was slightly worried that a spare part wouldn't match the original, but this white whisk fits the Plissé blender perfectly and the Italian design detail is spot on. The clip mechanism clicks on securely and it's already whipped up some mayonnaise without a wobble.
