The balance on this spoon is dead-on—it rests perfectly across the rim without tipping, which makes stirring and pouring so much smoother than my old one. You can tell the design was really thought through, because even the angle of the handle feels natural in hand.

Finally, a mixing spoon that actually stays put when I rest it on the rim of the glass. The precision in the design is obvious the moment you hold it, and it handles everything from a simple stir to a proper muddle without flexing.

The balance on this spoon is spot-on—it rests perfectly in the hand when stirring a Negroni, and the tapered end digs into ice without slipping. I've used it every night since it arrived, and it's already become my go-to for anything stirred.
